PetLiri Data Deletion

PetLiri is operated by NaniBoo LLC. No user account is required. Saved moments and pet profiles are stored locally on your device. AI caption generation also sends selected photos and pet details to our server and OpenAI.
1. Delete data stored on your device
To remove your local pet profile, saved moments, captions, preferences, and usage status:
Android: Open Settings → Apps → PetLiri → Storage → Clear data / Clear storage. Menu names may vary.
Android or iOS: Uninstall PetLiri. On iOS, choose Delete App, rather than Offload App, to remove app data.
Your operating system or device backups may retain copies. Manage those backups separately.
2. Delete photos and exported images
Removing PetLiri does not delete original photos or images exported to your photo library.
Delete these separately in your device’s Photos or Gallery app, including its Recently Deleted or Trash folder if you want to remove those copies.
3. Request deletion of data processed online
Email mail@naniboo.com with the subject:

In your message:
State whether your request concerns AI photo processing, purchase/subscription records, support correspondence, or other information.
Include the approximate date and time of the relevant activity.
For purchase-related requests, include the store used and an order or transaction reference if available.
Do not send passwords, full payment-card details, or identity documents.
We will use the information you provide to locate relevant records, verify the request where necessary, and delete information we can identify and are permitted to delete. We will explain any limitations or additional information needed. PetLiri has no user accounts, so some records may not be identifiable from your email address alone.
4. AI photos, pet details, and captions
Our caption service does not intentionally maintain a server-side collection of uploaded photos, pet details, or generated captions.
OpenAI may retain request and response content in abuse-monitoring logs for up to 30 days by default. Longer retention may apply where legally required or necessary for safety, including certain flagged image reviews. Immediate deletion of all provider records cannot be guaranteed.
Contact us using the instructions above if your request concerns information processed by OpenAI. We will assess what records can be identified and what deletion options are available.
5. Technical and security records
The caption service temporarily retains usage counters associated with a hashed IP identifier to enforce limits and prevent abuse. These counters are scheduled for periodic cleanup.
Our hosting provider may retain connection and security logs under its retention practices. Records needed for security, fraud prevention, or legal obligations may be retained even after a deletion request. Contact us for information about records relevant to your request.
6. Purchase and subscription records
Google Play, Apple, and RevenueCat process purchase and subscription information.
Where identifiable and permitted, we can request or perform deletion of relevant RevenueCat customer records. Some transaction records may be retained for billing, accounting, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or purchase restoration.
Deleting data or uninstalling PetLiri does not cancel a subscription. Cancel separately through Google Play or your Apple account.
7. Shared copies
Deleting PetLiri data does not remove images already shared with other people, messaging services, or social media platforms. Manage those copies through the recipients or services involved.
