Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the PetLiri mobile application and related services operated by NaniBoo LLC (“PetLiri,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using PetLiri, you agree to these Terms.

1. PetLiri service

PetLiri allows users to select real pet photos, choose a mood, select or customize captions, save PetLiri moments, and share finished images.

2. Eligibility

PetLiri is intended for users age 18 and over. By using PetLiri, you represent that you are legally able to agree to these Terms.

3. Your photos and content

You keep ownership of photos, captions, and other content you provide to PetLiri. You are responsible for making sure you have the right to use and share any photo or other content you select.

You must not use PetLiri to create, store, or share content that is unlawful, infringing, abusive, fraudulent, or harmful to others.

4. PetLiri-generated and suggested captions

Caption suggestions are provided for entertainment and creative use. You are responsible for reviewing any caption before saving or sharing it.

5. Free use and PetLiri Premium

PetLiri may provide a limited free experience, including one free PetLiri moment, and may require PetLiri Premium for additional use.

Available subscription plans, prices, billing periods, and other purchase information are shown in the app and in the applicable app store before purchase.

6. Auto-renewing subscriptions

If you purchase a recurring subscription, it may automatically renew unless canceled before the end of the current billing period. Billing and renewal are handled by the applicable app store. You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Google Play or Apple App Store account settings.

Refund requests are generally handled according to the applicable app store’s refund policies.

7. Restore purchases

Where supported, PetLiri provides a restore-purchases option to help restore an eligible subscription associated with your app-store account.

8. App review access

PetLiri may include a reviewer-access function solely to allow authorized app-store reviewers to evaluate premium functionality without making a purchase. Reviewer access is not a consumer subscription and may be changed or disabled at any time.

9. Availability and changes

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue features of PetLiri. We do not guarantee that every feature will always be available on every device or platform.

10. Third-party services

PetLiri may rely on third-party services such as Google Play, Apple’s App Store, RevenueCat, and your device’s sharing services. Your use of those services may also be subject to their own terms and policies.

11. Disclaimer

PetLiri is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not promise that PetLiri will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NaniBoo LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of PetLiri.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms when PetLiri changes or when legal or platform requirements change. Continued use after an update means the revised Terms apply to your future use of PetLiri.
